Things just don't always run smoothly in companies. Solutions to problems that are chosen do not always solve the underlying problem, but only the immediate problem at hand. As the big picture shows, the electricity problem of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam has been solved in a certain way. But you can argue if this is the right solution?!

When we translate this to an organization, we can say that on one hand we are dealing with people (who are the most valuable asset, but who can be more or less controllable at times) and on the other hand the desire to realize the objectives of the company. We want to improve the economic performance. When dealing with people, it is imperative to be both critical and compassionate. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is crucial. Ergo directing and motivating people is important and of major influence to economic performance. 

In our seminars we want to accomplish a necessary level of knowledge and understanding of and for people in an organization. 

By experience problem-analysis is equally as/more important than problem-solution and the role of a consultant/advisor/trainer should not be the “I-know-it” role, but the “let’s-figure-it-out-together” role. 

In our consultancy activities we focus on determining by discussion the most relevant actions and results necessary for a company to achieve her goals.
